Hello, I am Jessica Fuller Mohn of Fuller Brows. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist  and Certified Permanent Makeup Artist.  I began my 19+ year career in the Midwest and then took my skills out to the West Coast. Los Angeles was my home for 7 years. 

Fueled with the desire to continue learning, I trained with Lindsey Ta and Julie Ha at Microblade LA, in Los Angeles, CA. While at Microblade LA, I learned color theory, proper sterilization, microblade techniques, skin anatomy, and how to design the perfect brow for each individual client. 

Between my extensive microblade training in Los Angeles and working in Peoria’s top rated tattoo shop, I am confidant in providing my guests with superior sanitation while performing semi permanent cosmetic tattoos.
