Welcome to my little slice of the internet. My name is Jess Fuller Mohn and I have been in the beauty industry for 20+ years. I grew up in Illinois and moved out west where I not only had the honor of working in one of the top salons in Los Angeles, I also met my husband. Fueled by a passion for learning, I dove into the world of permanent makeup shortly after our child was born. I was taught the basics of microblading by some of the best in the industry at Microblade LA. I studied the art form of microblading first, then I added machine work classes to my long list of continuing education. While it was hard to walk away from a very successful salon career, I knew I could still help people feel beautiful in a very impactful way.

I offer a wide range of cosmetic tattoo services including microblading, combo brows, powder brows, and freckles. In 2021, I added medical tattooing in the form of 3D areola reconstruction tattoos. It brings me joy to be able to help cancer survivors as well as those that have undergone top surgery erase the scars of past trauma through areola tattooing. Fuller Brows is LGBTQ+ friendly. October of 2022 I was fortunate to travel to Utah to learn the art of nano brows (machine strokes). 2023 brought the opportunity to travel to Miami to learn Lip Blushing. I offer brow services outside of tattooing such as brow waxing, tinting, and lamination.
