WHAT IS MICROBLADING

Microblading is a form of tattoo artistry where ink is deposited superficially in the upper region of the dermis (skin) using a handheld tool called a microblade. Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure where an artist creates individual strokes to mimic the clients natural hair color, texture, and growth pattern.

DOES IT HURT

A highly effective, topical anesthetic cream and gel are used for numbing before and during your procedure. The pain threshold levels vary from person to person and every effort is made to ensure you remain comfortable for the entirety of the procedure.

TOUCHUPS

The amount of touch ups needed depend on your desired final result and the state that your eyebrows are in before the initial service. Two sessions are typically recommended however results can be achieved in more or less. The treatment is considered semi-permanent and will not wash off, however, it will fade over time. Frequency of touch ups depends on a number of factors including pigment used (lighter colors fade faster), lifestyle (sun exposure), chemical peels (skin care regimen). Please note that the final results can not be guaranteed as each unique skin type will hols pigment differently and break down at different rates. For example, oily skin types may require touch ups more often. Your skin will be evaluated and at the re-touch appointment and any changes necessary will be mad.

Microblading is considered a semi-permanent service and will fade over time. Results and longevity depend on many factors. The average lifespan of your new microbladed brows can range anywhere from 1-3 years.

HOW LONG DOES MICROBLADING LAST

In some cases you can receive a microblading service over an existing tattoo. Cover up depends on the current color, age of the previous tattoo, and if excessive scar tissue is present. If you need cover up work please send and email for a face to face consultation or an email consultation. If you want to do an email consultation you need to send a photo so your brows can be evaluated if the service would be recommended.
